Where do I even begin? I have worked with Art over the purchase of both my homes. Now, let me preface with saying. Both purchases were time sensitive and we don't have the typical 1 job w2 type of careers. As a first time home buyer, my husband and i had lots of questions.. given the nature of our pay and jobs we ran through MANY obstacles. However, Art never ever went without reassuring us about our progress, nor did he ever falsely lead us on. He was very thorough when he explained parts of the process. In addition, he never ever EVER veered away from a question. He always answered our calls/ called us back when possible. For our second purchase, it was also a very difficult process. Saying we had many obstacles is an understatement, and I was 8.5 months pregnant trying to get into this home before the birth of our baby girl and Art made that possible for my family. Art became a friend to us through the processes of buying our homes, and we will forever recommend Art 100% and I am excited to work with him again in the future thank you always, Art!
